UK deliverie
FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £50. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.
No discount code is required to activate free delivery but please note this offer is restricted to private customers and cannot be applied to any wholesale orders.
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
High value orders will be sent with either Evri or DPD Local on either a 48hr or overnight service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
Exclusions may apply to some promotions.
International deliveries
International orders will usually be sent with either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS on a fully Tracked and Signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world within 4 - 10 working days although some services may be faster.
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Maske Perfumier has no control over these charges.
Refunds & returns
We hope that you'll be happy with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@maskeperfumier.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details

Ordering
How long is your lead time?
Although we are a small business we are proud to offer fast, easy service. Orders placed will often be despatched the next working day (Monday - Friday). During our peak times this may be extended but shouldn't exceed 3 working days at the absolute maximum.
If you're in a hurry for your items we would encourage you to upgrade to a First Class or Next Day delivery service.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and either pure essential oils or high-grade perfume oils. We don't test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free.
We may occasionally stock other candles or homewares that use beeswax or leather, but these will be clearly described.
Where are your candles made?
We make every single candle by hand in London. The whole process is done in-house by our team of 4'
Does your wax come from a sustainable source?
Our candles are made with EcoSystem Rapeseed & Coconut natural wax blend. This wax is blended in Europe and is made from rapeseed oil and coconut oil and nothing else. It is completely free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives.
Can I get samples before ordering?
We include a free sample in parcels whenever we can. Drop us a note if there's a scent you didn’t order but would like to try.
Are your candles made with essential or perfume oils?
We use both essential and perfume oils in our blends. This allows us to get a great range of scents and also makes our candles excellent value for money. We include a list of the ingredients on each product page to help you make the best choice for your preferences.
Delivery
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of parcel deliveries. We also use DPD Local for larger orders, and for those who've upgraded to next working day delivery.
How will I know when to expect my parcel?
You will be sent an email when your parcels leaves us. For Tracked 48 orders being delivered by Royal Mail we estimate a delivery lead time of 2-3 working days. Tracked 24 orders can usually be expected within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail parcels are sent on a signed-for service and you will be able to check on the status of your delivery via a link in your despatch notification.
DPD Local orders are next day if ordered before 12 noon. You will be sent a tracking link if you selected DPD Local delivery.
What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
Royal Mail - If you are out when your parcel is delivered your parcel will either be left safe on your property, with a neighbour or taken back to the sorting office if neither of those options is possible. You will be left a card with details to arrange re-delivery or collection from the sorting office.
DPD Local - If you miss your DPD Local delivery the driver will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or return it to the delivery depot. You will normally be given the option to reschedule delivery by text or email. We request a signature upon delivery for all DPD Local deliveries, so sadly they cannot be left safe.
What shall I do if I'm having problems with my delivery?
If your delivery isn't going to plan then please contact us right away. We are here to help sort out the issue and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you. You can email us at info@maskeperfumier.co.uk
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?
If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible. We will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you'd prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Something is missing from my parcel, what shall I do?
We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened please let us know and we will get the missing item to you at no extra cost!
Do you deliver internationally?
We are able to ship to some European countries.
International delivery rates are calculated on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout.
